Euro-Sportring: worldwide market leader in the production and marketing of international tournaments is looking for a sales agent.

Euro-Sportring produces since 1960 international tournaments for amateur teams. Annually  over 8,000 teams from some 35 countries participate in 130 football- and handball tournaments in 14 European countries. Euro-Sportring offers teams a package which includes the tournament programme and the housing arrangement. 

The agents
The production of the tournament program is managed by a professional team of experts at the international head office of Euro-Sportring (35 FTEs) in Baarn, the Netherlands. The program is marketed by a European wide network of full time sales agents. The agents (24x) take care of the sales of the tournament packages to sports clubs in the designated areas. The agents are dedicated entrepreneurs with a clear focus on result. The agent communicates with team leaders and coaches who are interested to participate in the program, handles the sales administration and runs various marketing operations. Euro-Sportring actively supports the operations of the agents and finances the promotional campaigns. The online information system of Euro-Sportring provides real time information concerning the tournament packages and the sales  administration and ensures an efficient- and professional handling of the daily operations.    

The candidate
The candidate is an entrepreneur with excellent communication and sales skills (by phone and in person). He/she is familiar with the culture of football clubs in the area and understands the motivation and ambitions of coaches and team leaders. Technical requirements include an education at college level, fluent in English and the experience of working with MS office or a similar program.

Finances
The agent will act as an independent sales agent and receives a commission over the turnover. The commission wil be prepaid in monthly installments. For the first two years Euro-Sportring will grant the agent a minimum commission. The marketing campaigns in the designated area are paid by Euro-Sportring.
